Applications for the first training cycle at the Raise the Bar Academy have closed and now the selection process begins. Candidates for the first training cycle will be selected between September 16 and October 7, 2019.
All received applications will be reviewed by a Coca-Cola team of experts comprised of a recruitment specialist from the Human Resources Department and experts from the Premium Spirits Service and all properly submitted and complete applications will be included in the further selection process. This will be followed by video interviews to find out more about the applicants’ potential and motivation.
The final stage of the selection process is a brief interview with the candidates, on the basis of which the candidates who meet the required criteria will be selected. A final decision on who will attend the first training cycle will be made based on the evaluation of all parts of the selection process.
The Coca-Cola team of experts will select maximally 15 attendees for the initial fall cycle and applicants will become program participants based on the evaluation of all application parts and a brief interview.
